Joy of joys, I start today with a glass of instant breakfast, my meds, and a blood sugar could of 112 mg/dL. Which is pretty good. The average human should be a 120 constant. Now to work on data entry (uhgh)

Lunch consisted of a quarter cup of ceral with vanilla soy milk and a tablespoon of peanut butter. I was lazy
7:30pm
Felling lazy, will eat leftover pasta with lentils and spinach. If my stress level doesn't kill me first. Must remember to take meds
